Mathieu Bastide
Head of Growth & Marketing
As a responsible designer, Mathieu develops strategies for companies that have decided to combine profitability with sustainability.
Co-founder of Horbe, he develops ESG strategies and brand territory designs that highlight organizations’ commitments, promote their uniqueness, and build talent loyalty.
His credo: “Ecology” has become a rhetorical trap; an extremely divisive pitfall. There is an urgent need to refocus the debate on sobriety and sustainability, concepts of common sense and pragmatism that companies are very familiar with and already apply. Above all, it is a question of accelerating the process.
Commitments: Mathieu began his commitment in 2013 with the launch of anthropocène.me, a writing laboratory dedicated to ecological issues and sustainability. In 2015, he founded the communications agency MBDG, committed to ecological transition, and now devotes his free time to research and writing in the field of information and communication sciences, working to evolve communication towards fundamentally integrated responsibility.

Federica Candido
Head of Operations
Trained as an architect and urban planner, Federica specializes in environmental issues and impact assessment. She supports companies and local authorities in implementing effective and sustainable ecological strategies.
Co-founder of Horbe, she designs and implements operational solutions to accelerate the ecological transition of territories and optimize the performance of organizations.
His credo: “Organizations can transform their activities to generate a real impact in their territory, while improving their performance.”
Commitments: Federica is involved in local and international initiatives for sustainable development and urban resilience.
