A seasoned expert in leadership and sustainability, Maria founded InSpirente to help business leaders positively contribute to both the economy, environment and society.
She has a proven track-record in designing and implementing change programs to speed major transformations in multicultural and complex environments, mainly in the utilities, defense, security, mobility and logistics sectors.
Her experience of twenty years at leadership executive committee roles puts her in the right position to design and customize transformative approaches to each company’s culture and its leaders’ needs.
Maria is instrumental in aligning all stakeholders around a shared vision and objectives, in a dynamic of collective success.
