Business Cases

Challenges
A major French player in car and utility vehicle rental, the compagnie is thriving in a highly competitive market and accelerating growth through strategic acquisitions.  Keen to maintain pride in belonging to its brand, the company needs to attract and retain more talent. At the same time, it is considering how to structure a comprehensive sustainabiliy approach to meet its investors and creditors’ demands.

Solution
Over 600 employees were engaged to assess existing CSR initiatives and share their expectations regarding the company’s environmental, social, and societal commitments.

Drawing on their insights, as well as on feedback from external stakeholders, a tailor-made sustainability strategy was co-created—fully aligned with the company’s business priorities and culture.

Results
– A clearer view of existing initiatives, both within the company and externally.

– Jointly defined action priorities and a practical sustainability roadmap.

– A plan to communicate and promote the sustainability approach, aligned with stakeholder expectations.
